60-minute stroller fitness class is for moms with stroller-age children and is fun for all. To participate in our classes, moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a cesarean section) and have received verbal clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise.

The clinic sessions will focus on athletic movement and fundamental skills through a variety of sports activity stations.

December soccer clinics and games for 5th-8th graders at the Civic Park outdoor turf field (2054 Amazon Parkway, Eugene). Participants will work on age-appropriate fundamental skills to warm up and then break into teams to play small-sided games.
